The Cobalt Group - Lexus Redesign 2008:
I participating in the Lexus dealership sites redesign. My part of the project consisted of using Photoshop assets, XML and image assets to create an interactive showroom where cars would grow and shrink to make the appearance of sliding towards you then provide an overview of pricing, trim levels and links to pages with more details. I also helped the internal team with .css, Javascript and html bugs to help the release dates.
MSN.com Flash Developer 2007-Current: Built out approved designs comps for MSN’s strategic partnerships. Created premier rich internet applications using Flash to display interactive videos libraries, dynamic text content, slideshow, etc. I was one of five lead Flash developers on Redmond BEET (Branded Enterprise Entertainment Team). My projects included Dove Oscars and Lifestyles(Home Sweet Home)
Expedia.com Flash Developer 2006-Current: Built the Ski Store Flash widget that uses XML to populate affiliated resorts and allows users to search ski destinations graphically. I provided Flash development services to Expedia.com that resulted in Ski Store, Insider Select, Top Deals and customizable Flash advertising banners.
Microsoft Robotics Studio UI Developer 2006: Created the web interface to XML services using AJAX, XSLT, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Photoshop. Microsoft Robotics Studio is a runtime platform for coordinating concurrent threads that are orchestrated into robotics applications that are accessible using http. The result of my work was a liquid and user interface bound to the robotic service and underlying runtime architecture.
Multimedia Application Developer 2001-Current: Managed technical engagements, sales, development, billing and marketing efforts for the <BLINK>Media Design Group. Projects ranged from e-Commerce portals with encrypted credit card payment procurement to video rich multimedia presentations.
Project Manager 2003-Current: Managed web application implementation and design changes for The Website Design Center. Projects spanned every industry and ranged from Rich Media Advertising to Live Video Conferencing Applications.
Lead Web Developer 2002-Current: Created AutoIdaho.com with a rich application interface, encrypted financing applications, and customer self service. AutoIdaho.com provides customer self service and steady monthly revenue.
Multimedia Application Developer 2002-2006: Contracted e-commerce services to Web Babe Publishing. Projects ranged form eCouponsHawaii a coupon portal with content management, Hawaii Women’s Business Network a content management system and redesigning WebBabe.com for the general manager.
Web Developer 2000-01: Developed the Hawaiian Pacific Health class directory and registration system while training IT staff. Project was on time and under budget.
Multimedia Trainer 2001: Created Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop courses for TeraBiz training center. Courses included step-by-step examples and finished projects. The investment was returned after a few classes and delivered on time and under budget.
Web Master 2000-01: Created and online provider directory and insurance quoting system Blue Cross of Idaho. Duties included synchronizing Mainframe, Sybase and SQL Server databases and portal enhancements. Blue Cross saved several hundred thousand dollars they had budged for a contractor to handle the same project.
Systems Analyst 1998-99: Researched Client Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and application migration for the Idaho Commission on Aging The analysis, selection, implementation and training was completed in nine months, on time and under budget. Software Support 1991-98: Application troubleshooting and sales supports Advanced Technology Marketing. |
